Coupon and Discount Codes can be a great way to increase sales, clear out inventory, and make customers happy. Here is a quick run-through on how to setup this powerful sales and marketing tool through your WooCommerce WordPress shopping cart:
WooCommerce Coupon Set Ups
With just a few simple steps, you can add discount codes, free shipping benefits and item discounts to your webstore.
- Log in to your WordPress site
- Hover your mouse over “Woo Commerce” on the left hand side
- Click on “Coupons”
- Click “Add Coupon”
- Title your coupon (ie: MemorialDay13)
- Set-up as a cart discount ($ 0r %) or an individual item discount
- Review shipping, pre-tax, minimum order, and item settings to match your desired coupon
- Set expiration guidelines (coupon can expire after a certain date or number of uses)
- Publish your coupon and you’re all set to share your coupon code with your customers!
